I would like to draw the attention of many utility bills to extortion. Each of you definitely pays utility bills as well as heating during the winter season. Heating costs are calculated according to the square footage of the apartment, which is a certain amount at the end. My only question is do you have all the rooms in your apartments heated? Are all rooms equipped with radiators that heat the rooms? It is certain that almost none of the residents of apartment buildings have radiators in the apartment corridors. So the room is basically not heated. It would be fair if the payment for heating were equated to rooms with at least one heater-radiator. Or, so that the managers also provide heating in the corridor space in each apartment. What is your opinion? You could go and fight for that.
