warranty

My problem, I bought a shower cabin a couple of months ago and didn't see what's inside. I opened the box, took out the tub and scratched inside, it seems to me when someone scratched with a knife. I called the 110.shop store, told me my situation and they ordered me 3 more houses, told me when I am at fault and the warranty no longer works, but the warranty says 2 years... just awful.. I NEVER recommend shopping in the online store 110.shop!
