Poor service
We ordered a sofa (price 459eur + 15 seats), which was delivered on 12. 07. 2020. When we opened the package, we found no fasteners, no instructions, no specifications describing the parts. Called to solve this problem, said to send pictures. We did the same, replied that the parts (fasteners) would be within 15-45 working days. Gave a discount of 15 AUD. After 1. 5 months, I started calling, asking how our problem would be solved... They said that the fasteners from Poland had not arrived yet.. Promised to call me next week.. No one called.. So we waited another 2 weeks.. We started to get angry, because the husband is already tired of lying on the floor. We asked for another discount. Another 15eur was transferred to us. 11. 09. 2020 brought us some screws that do not know where and how to put them, please send us an instruction, saidthat will be sent by e-mail, today call to ask about it, said it will take from the manufacturer and how long we will have to wait is unknown! As a result, we cannot use the sofa for 3 months. We told him to return the money and take his sofa back, a company representative said that we should return it in the manufacturer's packaging. And then how could we find out that the product is incomplete without opening it?
