The land register is issued 2 weeks after the purchase agreement 2. The purchase agreement specifies an individual apartment release date 3. The purchase / release date does not include a full calculation of electricity and water consumption 4. You have to synchronize yourself change of owner data with the land register! We live in this century and your office has already deprived me of two hours + we have paid interest on blue air because the e-manager works according to the wrong laws. / p>
