I have experienced that when I leave the post office a few minutes before 19:00, the door is immediately locked and the person who has just ran away is no longer served. Speaking to the PN manager about possible changes, a blunt response followed that the working hours set by the PN are optimal and there are no complaints about working hours. It is understandable that salaries for employees are low, so now working hours are subordinated to their convenience. Accordingly, it is not surprising that the rating of Australian Pasts is so low.
