Poor service
I ordered a product that was delivered by a iExpress courier, who called in the morning and said that my order was scheduled to be delivered today, on request, if the product can be delivered after 16:30, I received the answer that no and the courier will not wait for me for 15 minutes, maximum 5 minutes. The courier could not tell the delivery time. At 15:20 I receive a call from a courier who says it will be 50 minutes (ibid. 16:10). I get back from work and drive to pick up the goods on the way at 16:06 calls a frustrated courier and says that waiting for half a day where I am. We agreed where to wait for me, the courier himself leaves elsewhere, then announces that he can not enter the yard, because he is disturbed by bushes, after that I said that there is another entrance to enter there, the courier goes half a kilometer to turn around. While in the yard of the house, the courier says that he will not drive in, because there is no asphalt road, there is a narrow driveway 3 meters wide, he spoke contemptuously and in a rough tone, wanted not to unload the goods and said that he must be in Devonport at 16:30. To my answer, then drive in the yard and unload the goods. Reluctantly entered and said it was not his duty, despite the fact that the contract written that delivery to the door. My goods were unloaded in the middle of the yard, nothing was raining outside. Access to purchase documents was not allowed. Terrible attitude towards clients, unwillingness to work and perform their job responsibilities. I don't want iExpress to deliver the product I ordered someday.
