Permanently damaged skin

I didn't want to write this complaint until the last. My goal is not to get compensation, because no money will be able to pay for the damage done to the skin. There were faint pigmentation spots on the top of the hands, which had been there for several years and were almost gone. I decided to remove them with a laser at Eraesthetic Clinic. The procedure was performed for the first time by a woman with dark hair in years. He was very professional, everything was well explained and the effect was impressive. I decided to go again to make my hands "perfect", so to speak, because the pigmentation was almost invisible. Then I signed up with another woman, about 30 years old with red hair. She was very neurotic and looked untidy, her hair greasy and careless. It scared me a little, but I thought it was a reputable clinic, so what could happen? She applied the laser to such an intensity that the plastic on the nozzle burned and smelled of burnt plastic in the cabinet! I endured the pain because I remember that the previous procedure was also painful, but not so much, of course. She also crossed places without pigmentation, the same! As she said, "For prevention!" The procedure cost 100 €. Now it's been six months and the hands are awful, all in brown spots, no peels and mesotherapy help. I have already spent hundreds of dollars to remedy this problem. I would like to add that a document was signed in which I agree that the procedure can cause pigmentation, so the problems could not be solved legally. It is absolutely clear that invasive procedures have side effects for a while! it was not the first procedure, so it was understandable that the problem was not with the body's response to the laser.
