Poor service

I am very dissatisfied with Oceancom's service. Due to financial difficulties, it was not possible to pay the bill on time and the television was switched off. The opportunity to pay appeared and I did it - on the morning of April 2, 2020, I paid the bill through half a bank through the bank. I decided to call Oceancom and find out what I need to do to get the service up and running faster. I kindly replied that I have 2 options. 2! Or send a copy of the mass to the e-mail or fax. Since it was not possible to send it by fax to me at that time, I had not sent an e-mail with a copy of the payment made and wrote that I had called them first and now I was sending what they asked for. When I come home in the evening, I see that the services have not been renewed. Call.. answer methat the e-mail I sent has not been processed yet and adds - "Everyone who is not lazy sends everything to e-mail, we have queues and we can not process everything so fast. Promises that the service will be resumed the next day. The next evening coming home - same picture. Still not showing anything. Outraged by the call again, I am told almost the same text as last night - "We have not received the payment yet, your e-mail has not been processed, nothing can be done when we receive it then connect! that it must be done within 3 working days. "I say that I am very sorry that they have such an attitude and all you have to do is wait! Today 04. 03. 2019 I decided to send the payment by fax, so that today they will definitely receive it... when you come home there is still nothing connected!I call and I am told again that they have not processed the e-mail or the fax as if they have not received it. Apsolil = yes call me tomorrow until 10 am, I will see what good they will sing for me. I still don't receive the service in 3 days which I have also paid for! Needless to say, Oceancom is very difficult to call by info phone, and even at the beginning of the conversation until you choose the language and the question of interest, etc. credit is already being taken off and in the end it is said that all operators are busy! I'm very unhappy with the situation and I'm looking forward to what they tell me this morning!
