Contacted several times, waited forever for order, only received a few items, mostly dead. Despite paying be check, they sent a credit voucher for an item they cannot provide. They shipped me plants 3 months after they were ordered. It was dead of summer and nearly all died. I lost 3 raspberries, 1 blueberry and about half of my 25 strawberry plants. My name is Scott Strickland and my address is 8804 Red Dot RD. Texarkana, Texas 75503. Iwould like a full refund.
Back in March or April I placed a $180 order of mixed stuff and I never received it but on May 28th they managed to charge my credit card in the amount of $180.69. Master Gardener’s please save yourself time and disappointment and do not order from here. Customer service is terrible User’s recommendation: Don’t order from Burgess.
Ordered & received Packet #6118 (Hybrid sweet corn – Peaches & Cream early). Planted same the 2nd week of MARCH; according to the destructions on the envelope. Am now the proud ‘Farmer’ of 40 6 foot tall stalks of corn PLANTS and not one single sign of a cob forming. Any suggestions would really be appreciated.
