I never received credit for the Star Shower! Also, I was not informed that it was out of stock! Very embarrassing to my friend, since this was her Christmas Gift! Christine Dianne Walton User’s recommendation: Absolutely NOT!!!
They billed my credit card on February 10th. I asked for a refund for the product as it has never been shipped . I was told they could not cancel my order or refund my $35.99. What action may be taken against this company?
I placed an order for the PediVac on 12/7/20. I received a confirmation email with a confirmation number and even reflected my credit card information. To date (2/26/21), I have not received it. When I contact customer service to find out the status, they claim that they cannot find my order.
