fraud, poor service

2018. G. In September, using the online store in Langley, I received the ordered microwave oven daewoo.2019. In January, the said furnace ceased to operate and on 30.01.2019. The year was handed over for warranty repairs. The said furnace was taken to the Rd Elektronics store in Langley. At the time of accepting the oven, a shop employee tore the plate of the microwave oven and explained that I would receive a plate with a plate from the repair. Only 18.03.2019. G. I received a notice that I can get a microwave in the store. The warranty conditions state that we carry out warranty repairs within 30. Working days and after the buyer's consumer rights after the said period I have the right to refuse this product and get my money back or received the same product.Looking at the oven sent from the repair, I found that the plate was not included. The store employee went somewhere and after some time returned and said that the said plate had to wait from the manufacturer for 2 days. I have no statement, neither the goods nor the money paid for me for the goods. I believe that this case shows the quality of the "mk trade" companynot paid me for the product money.
