I had a buckmasters subscription years ago. Last year they renewed my membership on my Credit Card. My subscription had ended many months earlier. When they called they said it was a computer error and offered me some junk. Has this happened to anyone else.

Low quality item
I ordered a section. It took a week before delivery, the seller said he would just be called. Of course, no one announced that the section had been delivered and could be picked up. When we brought the section home, we started to put it together, but it turns out that the showcase lacks glass, which was not in the package, and the showcase door, which was damaged with glue when packing the box. When contacting the store about what to do, the answer was to write a survey and wait 15 business days for the review! I believe that this is not the right approach for the trader in such a situation. If I order furniture, I will take into account that all the necessary parts will be packed and without defects! In such situations, things should be dealt with in a minimum of 3 working days instead of 15! I'm disappointed with the quality and handling of complaints by this company.
