Unprofessional Attitude
I will take my car forward on a Monday in November (at a pre-announced time) until service hours begin “Bumper coloring. Looking at the service registration, I was surprised that the secretary was surprised by the registration, was not up to date (this is not usually the case in normal services). I returned the keys, named the number and left. Without receiving any information about the progress of the work on the 4th day, I tried to call the service myself several times. With the 1, 000, 000th time I called for service, I was told that the car would be ready in 5 days around 6pm. NOW TIME, 1 bumper cannot be dropped in this service?! Unable to collect the car on the 5th day, I went after it on the 6th day, but the service is closed, although written on the website, that the 6-day service hours are until 3 p.m. Communication with the customer from the service side = 0Call for this service can be done only on Christmas, during miracles Deadlines are inadequately longer NEVER DRIVE YOUR CAR ONE
