Poor service, incorrect collection of money
Sens wanted to see Poland. This year I chose Ozolciems Tour services. I have been traveling regularly since 2003 and mostly by plane. This was the worst tour imaginable. Only the bus met the normal requirements. Despite the fact that we paid for the trip and for all additional services, it turns out that the services of local guides are not paid for and you have to pay extra for their services in cash. For these additional amount, a receipt was issued only when we requested. This already applies to the price of the trip and should be included in the total amount. Ozolciems Tour should drastically change its travel concept, improve the services of guides, but it is best to stop its activities. / p>
