Losing Money
Hello! This morning I paid a loan extension of USD 22.68. I did everything right, and so on. I began to doubt that I would not receive sms that it had been extended for 30 days. After waiting for four hours, I called the office, picked up a foreign-speaking woman, who searched for my payment for 15 minutes, said the money had not arrived yet, of course I was against, because I pay from my ScandinavianBank i-bank to their ScandinavianBank account, then the money should be 30 within minutes. Because today I also paid one loan, where I received sms within 15 minutes, for a fee. Has anyone had anything like this office with me?
