Warranty Repair

In the RD Elektronics store, I gave my mobile phone for warranty repair. They held my phone for a month and then returned it with the same defect. When I called and sent emails, answered to bring them again for repair, do not understand the point of holding for another month and get back the same again. When I write to them to come up with other options, they just ignore my emails. Conclusion: If you need a product with a real warranty, then don't buy their AZ Electronics.
