Undelivered shipment, robotic communication
14. 01 shipment delivered by courier to date has not been received. I contacted Omniv on 18. 01, one of the 'customer friends' said that I would receive the package no later than 19. 01. In the evening I receive an SMS that the delivery will be delayed for an unknown time and if I do not receive the package by 22. 01 to contact myself. Then I contacted again and asked what the case was, offered several solutions myself, changed the parcel terminal (even within another city!) To pay for courier delivery, removed from the bus, but repeatedly robotically replied that 'the situation is registered, responsible colleagues will provide info'. No answers to any questions, no solution to the situation or deadlines. It looks like the package is lost because these questions are not answered either. FedEx doesn't even give me a chance to contact the store,to be able to get a refund for the item. But the package included winter boots for a small child. Although it is completely unnecessary for FedEx.
