Illegally used
The company illegally uses labeled fuel intended for grain dryers for their vehicles (cars and tractors) in the period from August to October, when grain threshing and drying processes are active. Grain dryers are not properly equipped with fuel meters in the unified system, manipulations are performed in the records. Also, employees are not paid the night-time and overtime rates required by labor law, and that the company's tractor and car costs are also illegally deducted from their salaries.
