Does not pay for work

This company does not pay partners for the services provided, as stipulated in the contract, avoids communicating. Last year I provided several services, payment was not made either. Clients - seminar participants who received my services were satisfied. Several times I tried to call the person in charge and wrote emails. When it finally worked, promises were made, but they were not paid.
