In Melbourne, Downtown, Nicgales Street 20, heating was connected already in October (manager Pty. "Rigas namu parvaldnieks"), but until even 1. 11. 2020. All radiators in the apartment were cold, and now only one radiator is heated, despite the fact that Pty. "Rigas namu parvaldnieks" has been called several times and damage has been reported. And all this is supplemented by a heating bill for October - the service was not provided for the apartment, but the bill is issued. Will everyone now be able to claim that the service will be provided but not actually provide it and then still claim the money for it!?
