Poor service
Call the vs4 outpatient clinic to find out if there is a procedure cabinet where I should make a specific procedure for a doctor's referral. I haven't done anything like this before, so I needed help and I wasn't sure what exactly the procedure was doing in the office. The woman (probably an administrator) on the phone immediately became very frustrated and angry, and almost called me stupid. "very nice" to receive a service when you want to use this clinic for the first time and spend your money there. Now any desire is gone.
