Rude service
Today I wanted to have my computer repaired, but instead of normally explaining what paperwork is needed and finding out all about the warranty, I put the computer back in my bag and went to look for another service. SERVICENET encountered a very unkind attitude, a lady who accepts broken computers spoke in a very inappropriate and inadequate tone, unable to logically explain what was needed from me, as well as incoherently answered all my questions. I do not recommend anyone to use SERVICENET, because this was not the first time that the particular lady was not in a good state of mind and she dumped it against clients. Also, the previously corrected (same place) broke after a few days.
