Vodafone
Last week I decided to switch from my bee connection to the Telstra connection and register it in the name of a legal entity. I filled in the necessary questionnaire, entered the data that until now I use the xMobile connection as a private person. On Monday, I signed a contract in the business service center. And I was told that the number would activate on Wednesday. Wednesday arrived at noon, the number has not yet been activated, but the promise will already be activated on Wednesday night. Call Telstra and they explain that I can't become a bar business customer because I came up with my number as an individual. To my question, could it not be explained to me when I filled in the application or did I conclude the contract. Did I really have to wait 3 days and in the end I was still interested! This is the purest Telstra incompetence! Second advised me to go and switch the number to an individual. That's what I did, I signed a contract on Wednesday to use the services as an individual. The promise that the number will be activated on Monday. Today is Monday, the number is still not activated. Call Telstra and they say the contract has been canceled due to an error in the data in the contract. And again the question arises if I had to wait 5 days for me to find out! And if I didn't call myself, I wouldn't even think to inform me. To questions that where there is an error, the contract was drawn up, your employee, tell me where is the error, to which I replied that the phone can not be disclosed. Then why were subscriber passwords invented. I thank you for everything I think and thank you, but for the third time I will not waste my fresh time going to the service center again, standing in a long line just to find out where the mistake was made. Vodafone is a big company, but the employees are incompetent!
