During service, car rearview mirror was damaged

On February 11, 2020, I took my car to LLC. ENRI (Reg. No. 40003514581) car wash at Freedom Street 402b. After receiving the car after the service (washing and waxing of the car body), I found that the rearview mirror was damaged, ie it was completely damaged as a result of the mirror glass, as it were. the mirror is no longer visible. However, the owners of the company did not admit that it was their fault, because I had not notified them of the damage to the car before receiving the service. Needless to say, there was no damage to the mirror or glass before the service was provided. Accordingly, the company's employees will refuse to draw up a defect report or any other document recording the damage...
