During service, car rearview mirror was damaged

On February 11, 2020, I took my car to LLC. ENRI (Reg. No. 40003514581) car wash at Freedom Street 402b. After receiving the car after the service (washing and waxing of the car body), I found that the rearview mirror was damaged, ie it was completely damaged as a result of the mirror glass, as it were. the mirror is no longer visible. However, the owners of the company did not admit that it was their fault, because I had not notified them of the damage to the car before receiving the service.
