Product delivery time
In the store "AuStore" Domina we bought a mattress for a bed and asked for delivery. We were sure that AuStore was transporting the goods, but the day before delivery I received an SMS from venipak that the goods would be delivered on the specified date and time (from 8:00 to 14:00). At At 13:20 I received a call from the courier that today the product could not be delivered at the specified time. Could be later - in the evening. I have indicated that this is not the time indicated and I am at the delivery address only when I have indicated as well as on other days I am not available. Only in a few days I can offer an hour and a half, which I will be at the delivery address. Then the courier pointed out that they could not deliver the goods to me at a specific time (because I name the specific hour and a half during which it is possible to deliver the goods). Let me point out that I'm all this morning from 8:00 to 14:00 subordinated to this delivery and if they allow to notify half an hour before the end of the delivery time that they can not deliver the goods, in which case the company must be accommodating with timely delivery. Obviously, this is not the type of company.
