Terrible treatment of patients
I queued for 2. 5 months to see a dermatologist on a referral from a family doctor. I will arrive on the day indicated one hour before the check-in (on the recommendation of the reception staff). I was at the doctor's at 10:00, the appointment was at 10:20. There were no more patients at this doctor before or after me. For five minutes over 10 the doctor left the office, locked it and quietly, without asking if there was any patient, left. Waiting over his time until 11:00 I decided to call the reception to find out if the doctor will be there at all. The reception staff managed to call the doctor, after ten minutes the doctor was present. The doctor came angry immediately attacking me,that normal people would not have received a sutu from their superiors without calling or looking for doctors anywhere). As a result, my health problem was treated carelessly, without any diagnosis, analysis or explanation. Looking at skin problems from a distance of 2 meters, the doctor was already prescribing medicine. I don't know if they were prescribed specifically, but after taking this medicine, the problem quickly worsened, I was forced to seek help from another medical institution! (of course, paying again for the consultation) the doctor prescribed the medicine as harmful to my problems and prescribed the medicine to reduce its negative effects. Do doctors at Perthh Hospital really have to spit on patient appointments, and I must now feel guilty about disturbing doctors doing their work during work? I would like to remind you that the parking lot at Stradini Hospital is 3 dollars per hour! (the longer I wait in line, the more I pay!) The fact that there were no other patients to think about before or after me or the queue with a doctor's referral to a specialist is not artificially inflated, forcing patients who want to get to the doctor faster to choose a fee!
