Then, when the works need to be submitted, they need to be submitted quickly, quickly, but then it takes months for the accounting to answer the e-mails, what cooperation agreements need to be concluded in order for them to make the payment. Once all the contracts have been signed and sent by post, you start promising that payment will be made, which is not the case. Think twice before entering this institution. I don't know if it's worth doing the work and waiting for more than 4 months to pay. In addition, I still haven't received it.
