Poor service

I'm facing a very unpleasant situation. I bought a huawei phone, after a short period of use, brown spots appeared on the left corner of the phone. I sent the warranty to the service. I received the product back, however, the warranty was denied because there were 8 mechanical damages. An a4 page with an explanation in Mexicon is attached. I don't understand anything. I have not screwed, knocked or damaged the phone myself.
