I don't understand why Servicenet offers telephone services at all if 1) no one answers even after 30 minutes of waiting; 2) using the callback function, a particularly annoyed and dissatisfied female being calls, who declares that she cannot help and that I am even calling the same phone where I have already called; part is currently on August 25, responds to August 18 emails, so let me reply so quickly without waiting. Maybe you don't have to offer at all what can't be insured? At least it wouldn't irritate people.
