There is no regular hot water without warning

For 3 months now, hot water has been regularly disappearing at Ieriku Street 58 and there are no warnings at all. RNP can't explain anything, doesn't know anything and says to call Pty. Silumserviss, who also never knows anything... disappears sometimes in the evening, sometimes for 3-4 days.. When "repaired", the pressure is definitely none.. one fifth of the month is not hot water and bill the same as usual. "Hot water heating" any nafig hot water? Heating is also no more.. where in what heating?... What to pay for if the service is no!? Confused by their greed and carefree attitude towards their work.
