Poor service
I ordered a sofa from 110.shop. Promised to bring the next day. I took a vacation because I think the sofa will be present and everything will be ok. Waiting, waiting and nothing. I know that they make deliveries from 8:00 to 18:00.. I look at over 18:00 I think I have to call to ask where they are missing... the call they say they will call me back.. but of course I wait for 2 hours no one calls. I ask where is my sofa and why is it not delivered?! The cameraman did not even tell me to forgive anything at all.. the additions spoke in such a tone as if it were my fault that the master is not present yet.. so I said that I do not need their services and I refused the order. Then I receive an SMS that the order has been given to the courier and he will pick it up within 2 days.it's just that I don't need that couch anymore. Some kind of nightmare company.
