Poor Service
We solved the problem by borrowing a phone with an NFC reader. Your staff is so able to check the phone's Ios version to restart the phone and update what even an elementary school child knows. And in the end, your employees advised us to go to the "nearest" 50 km branch to Cincinatti in a week, or better yet to Glendale at a distance of 100 km. You service very poor, staff with poor knowledge. Please train your employees to work rather than make the customer feel guilty.
