Poor service
On August 19, 19 at 15:00 the hot water was switched off at 41/6 Lubanas Street (I don't know if it is possible yet to any house in the area) and now it's 13:10 minutes and it's 21. 08. 19 to you it seemed normal that no more than 24 hours no hot water!? And if you call on the so-called information phone, there are either all pretending to be deaf or really hired by those who, as a child, got caught in their heads as the only thing they are responsible for is quoting 'sorry for the inconvenience' ... When to issue invoices, then you do it fantastically perfectly and no matter how many employees you have, but when something needs to be done, then reservations started etc...
