I was charged full price on S&H when a special was going on

Please see attached screen shots. I was wondering if I returned the item would I be refunded the full amount charged which was $30 something odd dollars. Or can I just have to S&;;;;H I paid be refunded and I can keep the dress since the code was not working. Thanks Lisa Pugh
