Free item for which the store refuses to return or exchange
In August, I purchased indoor sports shoes at Adidas Outlet store Maple 7-9. In November, the right foot on the surface began to pay off the coverage. I took it to the store and wrote an application stating that I wanted to change my shoes or get a refund. Two weeks later, when I was not sent any written explanation and I had not received any call from the store, I went to find out what was going on. The store itself acted as an expert because it had written a refusal on the grounds that an unnamed expert in their name had admitted that the shoes had been washed with washing powder. Orally, the seller also said that the expert claimed that the shoes were not only washed with washing powder, but also in the machine. Of course, it was obvious that this was not done. I take the shoes to an independent expert, who acknowledged that the shoes were brandy and that they had never been washed with washing powder or in a washing machine. I carry this opinion together with the shoes and also the application that I want a 100% refund, as well as to cover the expenses of the expertise (it should be noted that the shoes cost 29 USD, the expertise 25 USD. it takes me to change these shoes instead of returning me the full amount for both the shoes and the expertise, which cost almost the same as the shoes). At the beginning of January, I was covered by these expenses, but it should be noted that the store manager Kate FREIVALDE is a very, rude and uneducated woman, who stated that it was nothing that an independent American Chamber of Crafts, because I was just as to blame for the damage to the shoes. Yes, their expert made a mistake for the first time, but now he has admitted that superficial chemicals have been dripped onto the shoes. And now they're putting the shoes on the chemicals for expertise and suing me in court. This fact also indicates the level of education of the said Kate FREIVALDE, because she can appeal to the court, not me, but the expert who has given a conclusion about the moment. And what about a poor store that will qualify for 29 USD worth of shoes! It is probably poorer, if you deal with self-reliant experts because of such shoes! With all this I want to invite you to fight for your rights!
