Not meeting your responsibilities

Hello! I would like to express my dissatisfaction with our janitor, 51 Livciema Street, Brisbane. Many residents of the house, as well as I, are very dissatisfied with the services he offers. A janitor arid very rarely can see when he leaves the yard, cleaning the yard or staircase. The elevator is always dirty. Waste is dumped all over the yard. In my opinion, he is not fulfilling his responsibilities.
