Issues with recent order (Nashville – near airport)

Please constant us in regards to this order Bojangles today issues: -burnt fries that tasted like they were old and just refried and way too much seasoning salt -ordered supremes and got home style tenders -biscuits burnt and had them Remade and they were still burnt -sweet tea old or weird taste

3 times in 2 weeks 3 different bojangles didn’t have chicken

On June 17, June 28, and July 1, three different bojangles didn’t have chicken. KFC did. What does bojangles sell besides biscuits? User’s recommendation: Go to KFC if you want chicken. Go to bojangles if you don’t want chicken.

Terrible service, filthy store, would not give a refund when requested
