Elevators

Elevators in a house with 16 floors do not work, constantly break. And the housing administration has no representation, and this problem is not solved at all. The lift company foolishly lies to them that I get calls late at night when it is actually 5:00 pm! And nothing is done! In the house administration, they only answer that the tenants themselves have to raise 5000 AU$‎ for elevators! What a mess?! What is the tenant's fee charged for repairs?! Where does this money go?!
