Fraud, poor service, rough treatment of the customer
Carflex / greenmotion, Car no. Cf79Bc1B, the company paid 68.02 USD. Arriving in Dubrovnik, according to the (very approximate) description given, it was difficult to find an office outside the airport area across the highway. We were greeted by a rude man, not looking at our reservation document. After talking to another employee, I can understand that our reserved car does not exist. The newest employee opened the computer and started to calculate that we still have to pay 119, and another 45 for crossing the border and another for something 58.14 USD, in total we want. l a surcharge of 222 USD. We were not at peace, because the reservation did not provide for additional expenses, it included both insurance, road tax, other local taxes, and so on. We still understand that we would have to pay a surcharge for crossing the border with Montenegro, but that the amount to be paid will reach 222 dollars - we would not have taken it into account. As a result, we were left without a car and no one refunded us for the reservation.
