Poor service
I want to order a new bank card in the Internet bank, as the current term expires (30 days left). But it turns out that I can not order, because the bank, without noticing, automatically sent a new card to the address where I lived several years ago. How can it be unclear whether a person still lives at all there before the card is sent out. Well nothing, I call the bank to block the card and send a new one to the current address. It is said to wait 8-10 business days. It's been almost 3 weeks but the card has gone wrong and they can't help it. The only one can recommend a new order again, but there is no time to wait if the old card expires after 2 days...At the end of the spoiled mood and wait another week to make a card and this time drive to the branch in the back. And why would I still have to pay for making a card and receiving it at an affiliate after I have promised 8-10 days instead of having to wait more than a month?
