The biggest piggy! It all started with a call from a customer (I'm a computer master) with a problem - windows restarts all the time. I came home to this - checked the computer - and found that the hard drive was not working. I looked at the stickers, the computer was bought in ELKOR. Well what, told to lead change, after warranty. This he did. The service center checked the computer and found the same problem. The customer asked to be given a non-working HDD so that they could copy the information, but they did not give it, saying that the customer could damage it. (The question immediately arises as to what rights does the service employee not return the part that belongs to the customer?) The following happened. The customer was offered to copy the information from the old HDD to the new one on the spot, but was told that such a service costs 25 CA$. (such a service cannot be so expensive,because it was just a 5 minute job.) However, the client was willing to pay that amount. Next, the customer was offered to install Windows, said that such a service costs another 25 CA$. Again, the customer was willing to pay. After a few days, this client calls me and tells me when I arrive and fix the computer that nothing is working. I came and looked. There is something completely left in the windows, drawn somewhere from the internet. When installing any program instead of a name, by default the message "Fuck you Bill" appears. When entering the Internet, instead of the English language - some scams. (it was not possible to fix this problem). In general, there were so many problems that I had to delete off (windws).
