Both Elizabeth and another young man were incredibly rude to me (a customer there) on the phone. Would not listen to my comments after asking a question and hung up on me. Do not bank there. I will never bank at BMO Harris again!D User’s recommendation: do not bank at this branch at 3101 broadway, chicago.
I can’t even my my mortgage online! The website even makes reference to Netscape! I didn’t think anybody used it anymore. Very poorly designed, unfriendly, and pretty much useless. User’s recommendation: Stay away from this bank if you can!
Lindsy at the Portage Indiana branch told me $15.00 for 50 checks and now I am being told it is for 25 checks after receiving only 25 checks. She won’t contact me or do anything to own up to this and BMO Harris bank does not care that they cheated me on checks for my checking account.
Superficial treatment of patients
The complaint concerns Surgatenkov, a surgeon in the surgery department. Please tell me, how can such a doctor be entrusted with the operation of a child who has been in hospital for 4 months? And once again, the child must be placed on the operating table through the fault of the doctor? Such a doctor cannot be present even with animals. Where does management look? A small child has already endured so much. And again. Routine operation on sawing. What's really going on there?
