Failure to fulfill a contract, fraud, gross violation of human rights
circumstances, illegally collecting money for services that are not actually provided. The company's employees humiliate their customers by calling them people with special needs. Ignores complaints and does not respond to submitted letters. Refusal to pay compensation after the end of the trip. Complaint about the trip Magic Prague October 20-24. The first - incorrect information about accommodation. I was promised a 3-room hotel in Slavia (Prague), and I was charged extra for single-bed luxury accommodation with the mandatory note that I will have a double wide bed. As a result we spend the night in a dormitory room with 3 narrow cousins. Never a plateau bed has ever been there. And the tour operators knew that. All photos, correspondence and documents will be downloaded. The website shows much lower prices that do not correspond to the price of Ozolciems tour. I demanded a refund of the money wrongly collected. The second is the humiliation of human dignity and the restriction of rights. The tour bus was equipped with a WC, a contract was written about it, but during the travel time at my request I was forbidden to use the toilet. The organizer laughs, or so I'm not a person with special needs. The toilet was locked at all. Sanitary stops had to wait 3-4 hours. This situation had a very negative effect on my health. I am forced to turn to specialists and use expensive drugs for 2 weeks. The third - low level of tour organization. Guides were invited to our trip to Prague, the level of information of which was probably intended for younger students, not adults. Each tour cost 20 dollars, but according to the information received, it could barely cost around 4 dollars. One guide, Yuri, spoke very quietly and could not be heard by a group of 44 people. He was advised to use an audio guide to understand what was going on at all. The other guide - Marianna - used the selfish interests of the trip to sell her cosmetics - FAON. During the trip, she distributed catalogs and the Karlovy Vary tour site offered everyone a chance to visit her shop and go shopping. I wrote a complaint, but Ozolciems ignored it, despite the legal requirement to respond within 10 days. I then sent a Pre-Trial Notice, to which I am awaiting a reply. I will continue my legal claims and demand compensation from Ozolciems tour for the damaged trip.
