Poor quality service

I have been a Optus customer for several years. Terrestrial television with 2nd decoders is connected. Payment for services is made without delay. As it should be all right. But unfortunately I have to say that I started to get disappointed and started thinking about whether to cooperate with this company at all - Optus. It all started with the fact that about a week ago (at the beginning of December) not all sports channels started showing in both connection points. Antennas are separate, buildings are separate, decoders are separate. I sent an e-mail and received a reply - turn the antenna. I turned, nothing happens. We called Optus operators on December 11, 2020 to find out the problem. He asked everything about everything and we did not come to a conclusion. The Optus operator was responsive and gave the master's phone no. who could help for a fee. This person spent half a day at our TV and we didn't get to the result. At least we realized that there was no necessary signal from the Optus tower. Call Optus again for damage notification. And of course another disappointment. After the operator we called and tried to talk to, we realizedthat the antenna was to blame for our problem (we bought a brand new and powerful Optus store today according to the recommendation), the wires and ourselves, because we do not know how to change the antenna in the right direction. With the antenna, I just did it like I was running and looking for a frequency. To the question of why both decoders suddenly started not showing the same program in both homes, the answer was looking for a frequency. I asked if it was possible to call a Optus employee directly to check whether the signal arrived at our home at all. Answered that it would be for a fee, because it is not their fault. So this year will be a fun Christmas and New Year. "Thank you Optus for your response and understanding. " I have a question about what we pay for if the service cannot be provided. Sometimes you can't even watch TV normally, twitching, the picture disappears. They know how to offer and harass with their services, but they do not know how to ensure quality TV broadcasting.
