Misleading customers
26. 08. 2019. We bought bridles for the dog, for which the discount was almost 50%. The seller kindly explained that if it didn't fit, we could exchange the product or return the money to us, only mentioned that they didn't like to do it. The harness did not fit the dog and today 28.08.2019. We went to the pet city store in the domina, where we had bought bridles. At first, the seller was kind and found braces to replace, those that do not fit. It was a big surprise when you had to pay a little more than 47 dollars for these bridles, because you see, these bridles are not a promotion, although they are bridles of the same brand, color and model, which stood under the "discount" sign. We did not agree to such an exchange and asked so that the money is returned to us for the purchase, but the kind salesman said she wouldn't do it, that she didn't care and that the park didn't answer. Dear seller, who is not responsible for anything in the meantime, sent out a money back check, although the money was not returned! Next, it was quite interesting, the other seller, pushing away the booklets, showed a sticker stating that the product is not accepted and not changed, the other such sticker is under the counter, where it can actually be read by a preschool child. I consider this to be incorrect, and I also got the impression that the company smirked at the checks, because the check for the purchase is with me, because we took back the bridles that do not fit.
