Hello! I want to complain about the security of your restaurant. The address of the restaurant is Merkela Street 1, Brisbane. Today, around At 9. 00 am walking out of the Maxima store, with a shopping bag, I decided to spend time at Mc. Donalds. I had calculated that I would buy delicious coffee and a pie with hot filling there. I always like to do it on holidays, whether I buy coffee or something else . Upon entering the restaurant, a security guard immediately came to me, without explaining anything, pointed to the exit and made me leave. Don't understand why the guard expelled me? Because I didn't say anything bad to the guard and I didn't do anything. Because I have previously bought burgers outside the box in that restaurant, as well as coffee, outside and in the restaurant premises. Why didn't the restaurant staff make any claims against me as a customer in the past? I believe that it is disrespectful on the part of the security guard, because the security guard humiliated me in this way in front of all the other visitors to the restaurant, forcing me to leave the restaurant immediately without any explanation. Then, after calling the store manager, I was told that I might be an unwanted person. I am also ready to complain to the Consumer Rights Protection Center and other institutions if I am expelled from the restaurant at other times. Why should I be an unwanted person if I always follow the norms of behavior and courtesy in that restaurant? If anything, I have no harmful habits at all, I do not drink alcohol at all, because I work as a driver of a light taxi on a daily basis. Who can I complain about the MC-Donald guard now?
