Bad Attitude
I would like to write a complaint about a child masseuse who works in VCA Aura - Nadezhda Denisenko. The massage time did not allow to close the door (the child during the massage was naked on the couch), gave recommendations on feeding (this is her competence), during the massage he used force (the child raises his head, he pushes his head back with force), nervously removes hands when the baby touches her. I went to the head of the department - after the discussions I understand that this is not the first complaint about him. I recommend not expecting to bring your children to her!
