Tank problem

Call The new tank leaked the gas out before use. Customer service provided guidance to get the tank replaced. Very easy process and the customer service was excellent. User’s recommendation: Call customer service for assistance.

OOBF ( out of box failure )…Purchased the GG2030L riddle that is meant as a umit for ” tailgating etc…)The gas regulator stem broke off leaving the threaded tip in the grill fitting…

The gas regulator tubing was broken and the threaded tip was left ion the CHEAP gas fitting…It’s going back to LOWES today….This style is a great idea if they had just used better quality parts…..DO NOT PURCHASED User’s recommendation: Do not buy !!!!!!!!

Bad value on Tank

When I hooked up the tank, it started leaking at the valve. I put in another tank with no issues. I tried taking it back to Speedway Gas station and they told me I had to get with Blue Rhino. Faulty cylinder, caused gas grill fire

Purchased cylinder at rutters #56 installed cylinder started grilling and *** opened up. Hosed grill down shut gas off. Ordered new regulator and Underware. Installed new Regulator listed closely and Cylinder is leaking when opened. Would like a new cylinder and reimbursement for Regulator maybe Underware. User’s recommendation: keep Grilling eat Meat.
