ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS
For several days I have been trying unsuccessfully to find out why the mobile Internet does not work on my phone by calling the Telstra information phone. Unfortunately, it is not possible to go beyond "all operators are currently busy", but when I chose the option - to become a Telstra customer - the operator responded after the first signal (it just didn't help). I suggest you think before you become a new customer, because you may have to wait to find out something. However, I have no doubt that the bill will arrive on time and that the fact that the mobile internet has not worked for several days will not affect the payment.
