Undeliverable Mail

Ordered in 11/2017, was fully aware it was a pre-sale and items would ship 02/2018. My order was marked shipped 03/2018 waited 2 weeks before I contacted (surprisingly prompt response back) to see if they had a tracking number. Was told they received my package back…
